Who we are

This website is run by Matas Eimutis, Oslo, Norway, trading as Perdika. Contact: matas@perdika.ai. When a company is registered to run Perdika, it takes over this role and this page will name it.

What this site is

The site describes Perdika and its services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise of results. Examples are made up and name no real customers; figures are reported with their date and definition next to them.

Any test, pilot or other service is agreed in a separate written agreement that sets the scope, the price, how data is handled and what counts as success. That agreement governs the work, not these terms.

Using the site

You may read the site and link to it. Please do not copy its text, images or screenshots for other purposes without asking us first, and do not interfere with the site or the servers it runs on.

Content and rights

The text and design of this site belong to Perdika. The LHM Step name, logo and staircase photographs belong to LHM Step. Screenshots of the application show invented sample data and no real client.

Sending us material

When you email us, make sure you have the right to share what you send, and remove personal data that is not needed. How we handle what you send is described on the privacy page.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from relying on it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes about the site that cannot be settled between us go to the courts of Oslo, unless mandatory law gives you another venue.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
