What this website and Perdika do with information about you, in plain words.

Last updated 21 Oct 2026.

Who is responsible

Perdika is run by Matas Eimutis, Oslo, Norway, who is the data controller for this website and for the enquiries sent to it. Write to matas@perdika.ai for anything on this page. When a company is registered to run Perdika, it takes over this role and this page will name it.

This website

This site sets no cookies and embeds no third-party content. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics: the page, the referring site, the country, the device type and browser, and clicks on Book a 20-minute call and the contact form. On the home page it also counts which sections a visit scrolls to. Visitors are told apart by a hash of the IP address and browser that changes every day and is not kept, so we see counts, not people. Nothing follows you to other sites.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Like any host, Vercel records technical details about each request in server logs: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used for security and operation, kept for a short period, and not used to identify visitors. Vercel processes this data under its data processing addendum, with EU standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA.

When you email us

If you write to us, or send the form on the Contact page, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company, the answers you give about your company, your message and any attachments. The form goes to matas@perdika.ai as an email through our email provider, Resend (EU region); the website itself stores nothing. We use it to reply, to book a call, to judge whether Perdika fits your team and to agree a test with you. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (article 6(1)(f)).

We keep this correspondence for as long as we are in contact about it. We delete it within twelve months of the last message, unless an agreement with you requires us to keep it longer. It is stored with our email provider and is not used for marketing.

When you book a call

Book a 20-minute call opens our booking page on Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. There you give your name, email address and company, say what kind of company it is and, if you like, how many quote or order requests arrive by email on a normal day and what you would like to automate, and choose a time. Microsoft puts the call in our calendar, creates the Teams meeting and emails you the confirmation and a reminder. We use these details to hold and prepare the call, on the same legal basis as for email.

Microsoft processes this data for us under its data protection addendum. We keep the booking for as long as we are in contact with you and delete it within twelve months of the call, like our correspondence. The booking page is on Microsoft’s own site, so Microsoft’s privacy statement and cookie notice apply while you are on it.

Requests you share for a test

Requests you share for a test may contain personal data about your customers: names, email addresses, delivery addresses. Send only what you are allowed to share, and remove what is not needed for the test.

We use them only for the test agreed with you, under a data processing agreement signed before it starts. In it you are the controller and we are the processor, acting on your instructions. During a test, text from the requests may be processed by AI services from Anthropic (Claude) under a data processing agreement; it is not used to train AI models. At the end of the test the material is deleted or returned, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Who else sees your data

Only the providers named above, and only as far as needed: the host for the website and its visit counts (Vercel), the email providers for the form and for correspondence, Microsoft for bookings and calls, and the AI service during an agreed test. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Some of these providers are based in the USA; transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to matas@perdika.ai and we will answer within a month.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: Datatilsynet in Norway, or the authority in your own country. We make no automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
