About Perdika.

Perdika builds and runs AI agents for construction and manufacturing offices. Each agent takes over one manual workflow, and your team approves its work.

We start with one workflow and add the next agents with evidence. All of them run in the Perdika platform, and your team keeps every decision.

Where we started

How Perdika started.

Perdika started inside a staircase factory. Its quoting core has run at LHM Step since May 2026.

Months inside a staircase manufacturing company showed where the time goes: skilled people spent, by the team’s own estimate, 30 minutes on every quote retyping drawings, sketches and emails into spreadsheets. With that team we built an AI system that reads those requests and turns them into a priced offer that a person reviews and sends. Today LHM Step runs its daily quoting on it. Perdika builds agents like that one for other construction and manufacturing companies, so their people can sell and build instead of retyping. Matas Eimutis founded Perdika and built its quoting core.

Our first customer.

LHM Step, a staircase factory, has run our quoting core since May 2026. It runs the software in-house, under a licence. An AI agent there sorts client emails and drafts each request for the team to check. It has been live since October 2026. In a pilot with you, we build the agent for one of your workflows and run it, and your team approves.

The name.

Perdika is Greek for partridge, the bird Athena turned Perdix into. In the myth, Perdix made the first saw after studying a fish’s spine. We start the same way: by looking closely at how your team works.
